Question 1

Do you look after websites you didn't build?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support WordPress and most common website platforms. We'll take a quick look first to make sure your site is in a fit state to maintain — if it needs repairs, we'll tell you before you sign up.

Question 2

Is hosting included?

Accepted Answer

Care plans work with your existing hosting. If you'd like us to host your site too, ask and we'll quote — moving it is often free with a care plan.

Question 3

What happens if my site is hacked or goes down?

Accepted Answer

We're alerted automatically and start fixing it. Restoring from our backups and cleaning up after an attack is included in every plan.

Question 4

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans are rolling monthly: move up or down at any time, or cancel with one month's notice.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By Direct Debit or card, monthly. You get an invoice by email each month.
