Question 1

Will we lose any emails during the migration?

Accepted Answer

No — we copy existing mail, calendars and contacts across before switching over, and plan the cut-over for a quiet time so new emails keep arriving throughout.

Question 2

Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We migrate Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive content into Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint, and help your team get comfortable with the new tools.

Question 3

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your size and security needs. Many small businesses are best served by Business Standard or Business Premium — we'll review how you work and recommend the most cost-effective option.

Question 4

Do you support us after the move?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can manage Microsoft 365 for you on an ongoing basis — new users, security updates, backups and day-to-day support.
