Question 1

Can you support our Watford and London offices together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We look after businesses in both Hertfordshire and London, so one plan covers every site and everyone working from home — one helpdesk number, one set of standards and one monthly report.

Question 2

Do you offer on-site IT support in Watford?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most issues are fixed remotely within minutes; when someone needs to be there — new equipment, network problems or an office move — we come to you. We'll agree response times with you up front.

Question 3

How much does IT support cost in Watford?

Accepted Answer

Plans start at £45 per user per month (Essential), £70 (Complete, with on-site visits, Microsoft 365 management and backup) and £105 (Secure+), minimum £250 a month. One-off help is £85 an hour remotely or £95 on site. No VAT is added.

Question 4

Can you move us to Microsoft 365?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We migrate email, files and calendars from Google Workspace, older Exchange servers or other hosts with minimal downtime, then set up security properly. See our Microsoft 365 migration page for how it works.
