Question 1

Do you cover Luton even though it's in Bedfordshire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Luton and Dunstable are a short drive up the M1 from Hemel Hempstead, so we treat them as local — remote support any time in our working hours, and on-site visits when they're needed.

Question 2

Can you support staff who work across several sites or shifts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set up shared and personal devices, secure sign-in and Microsoft 365 so people can work safely from any site, and our helpdesk is available by phone, email and WhatsApp.

Question 3

How much does IT support cost in Luton?

Accepted Answer

Plans start at £45 per user per month (Essential), £70 (Complete, with on-site visits, Microsoft 365 management and backup) and £105 (Secure+), minimum £250 a month. One-off help is £85 an hour remotely or £95 on site. No VAT is added.

Question 4

Can you protect us from invoice fraud and phishing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We switch on the email security and multi-factor authentication most businesses are missing, and train your team to spot fake invoices and payment-change requests. Our free invoice-fraud guide explains the warning signs.
