Question 1

Do you provide on-site IT support in Hertfordshire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support Hertfordshire businesses remotely and on site. Our founder is based in Hemel Hempstead, so visits to Hemel, Watford, St Albans, Hatfield, Luton and the towns in between can usually be arranged quickly — we'll agree response times with you up front.

Question 2

Are you a London company or a Hertfordshire company?

Accepted Answer

Both. Our registered office is in London and we look after businesses across London, while our founder lives in Hemel Hempstead. Hertfordshire businesses get a local provider who can be with them quickly, with the same plans, prices and processes as our London clients.

Question 3

How much does IT support cost?

Accepted Answer

Our plans start at £45 per user per month (Essential), £70 (Complete, with on-site visits, Microsoft 365 management and backup) and £105 (Secure+). One-off help costs £85 an hour remotely or £95 on site. No VAT is added. Use the instant estimate on this page, then book a free call for a fixed quote.

Question 4

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We'll review your current setup, document your systems and passwords properly, and plan a smooth handover so there's no disruption to your team.
