Question 1

Do you cover Welwyn Garden City and St Albans too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support businesses across Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans and the surrounding villages, remotely and on site.

Question 2

Can you help us get Cyber Essentials?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We check your devices, accounts, firewall and updates against the Cyber Essentials requirements, fix the gaps and help you through the self-assessment. Our free Cyber Essentials guide explains what's involved.

Question 3

How much does IT support cost in Hatfield?

Accepted Answer

Plans start at £45 per user per month (Essential), £70 (Complete, with on-site visits, Microsoft 365 management and backup) and £105 (Secure+), minimum £250 a month. One-off help is £85 an hour remotely or £95 on site. No VAT is added.

Question 4

We're a start-up — is it too early for IT support?

Accepted Answer

No — it's the cheapest time to get it right. We set up email, laptops, Microsoft 365, backups and security once, properly, so you don't have to untangle it later. One-off help works too if you don't need a monthly plan yet.
