Question 1

How quickly can you get to us in East London?

Accepted Answer

Most problems are fixed remotely within minutes of you calling. When someone needs to be on site, East London is closest to us, so visits can usually be arranged quickly — we'll agree response times with you up front.

Question 2

Do you work with small businesses and sole traders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our clients have fewer than 20 people. One-off help costs £85 an hour remotely or £95 on site, and monthly plans start at £45 per user (minimum £250 a month). No VAT is added.

Question 3

We're a new business — can you set everything up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set up email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, laptops, Wi-Fi, backups and security from day one, so you start on solid foundations. See our IT setup checklist for new businesses.

Question 4

Can you help with an office move?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We plan the network, broadband and Wi-Fi with you, move and reconnect equipment, and make sure everyone can work on day one in the new space.
